Employee Benefit Plans

We are your strategic partner when it comes to designing and administering an effective, high quality healthcare and benefits program.

Group Benefit Plans
Health Insurance

Group health insurance is the employee benefit most valued by your employees. Most health plans cover doctor office visits, hospitalization, emergency room care, prescription drugs and a number of other medical conditions. Coverage is typically available to companies with one (1) or more employees.

Dental Insurance
Group dental insurance is typically available to companies with two (2) or more employees. Most dental plans cover some combination of Preventative/Diagnostic Care, Basic Restorative, Major Restorative and Orthodontics.

Life Insurance
Group life insurance policies are taken out by an employer and offered to employees. As with any life insurance policy, if the employee dies, the benefit is paid to a beneficiary - often a family member chosen by the employee.

Short-Term Disability Insurance
Group short-term disability insurance policies are taken out by an employer and offered to employees. Short-term disability insurance provides covered employees with income in the event of a non-work related disability.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
Long-term disability insurance provides covered employees with income in the event of either a work or non-work related disability. In a typical plan, benefits are paid at 60% of the employee's gross income.

401(k) Plans
A 401(k) plan allows employees to save for their own retirement. This type of plan permits employees to set aside tax-deferred funds with each paycheck.

Vision Plans
We quote vision plans that provide substantial coverage for eye exams and materials. Providers give employees access to large provider networks with doctors available nationwide.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a budgeting tool that helps take care of expenses not covered by a comprehensive benefit plan such as day care, dental and optical care deductibles, co-pays, and prescriptions.

Employee Assistance Plans (EAP)
An Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) is a confidential, short term, counseling service for employees with personal problems that affect their work performance.

Fringe Benefits
Employees fringe benefits include discounted services, tickets, and identity protection.
